What do we mean by “Micro” business? We define a Micro business as a business that is not “likely” to have: • annual sales of more than $30,000 • employee’s • a rented office outside of a home office • registered for GST/HST or payroll deductions or WCB • more than 20 transactions in a month Micro business includes business’ such as Multi-Level marketers, Tupperware and Arbonne dealers, Internet sales, most new business startups etc.   We acknowledge that micro business have very unique and special accounting needs. Micro business owners believe that an expert is way to expensive for them to afford so they try to navigate the rules themselves. With this in mind we created a category for Micro business that will give you access to our skills and resources. For a monthly fee of $49 ($600 a year) we provide the following services: • Unlimited guidance and consultation - at our office, by phone or at your office (within reason) • Monthly bookkeeping, receipt scanning and electronic filing - a peace of mind computerized bookkeeping service electronically stored on our servers • Income tax - annual filing of your statement of business activities and T1 - Personal tax return. We ask that you sign a service contract with us. The contract can

be terminated at any time, without penalty, by either party with a month’s written notice. Each month you send us your receipts, bank statements, credit card statements etc. We process them and send them back to you. You can call or email us with any questions concerning your business and its included in your monthly fee. No extra’s. Now you know exactly how much your accounting services are going to cost you and they’re tax deductible. Payment Payment for the service is easy and simple.
